Accessibility Statement
This statement applies to the Klivantis main website at klivantis.ai.
Whether Bulgarian accessibility legislation (Закон за изискванията за достъпност на продуктите и услугите, implementing EU Directive 2019/882) is legally binding for this site has not been conclusively clarified: it is primarily a marketing/lead-generation site with manual appointment scheduling, not an e-commerce order process in the narrower sense of the directive. The following statements on WCAG 2.1 AA compliance are therefore made as a precaution and as good practice, regardless of this legal classification.
1. Compliance status
We developed this website with the aim of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA. This includes, among other things: full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, sufficient colour contrast, semantic HTML with a correct heading structure, alternative text for images, a "skip to content" link, and respecting prefers-reduced-motion for users who prefer reduced motion.
This assessment is based on a self-evaluation during development, not on an external, independent audit. A formal external audit has not yet taken place.
2. Known limitations
- Scheduling for the free consultation is deliberately not handled through an automated booking widget, but manually after your contact request - this avoids a possible source of error from third-party booking tools.
- This statement will be updated whenever the website undergoes significant content or structural changes.
3. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared in August 2026 as part of the development of this website.
4. Feedback and contact details
If you encounter barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at info@klivantis.ai. We aim to respond promptly.
5. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the competent Bulgarian market surveillance authority: Комисия за защита на потребителите (KZP, Commission for Consumer Protection), responsible under the Bulgarian Act on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services (Закон за изискванията за достъпност на продуктите и услугите, in force since 28 June 2025, implementing EU Directive 2019/882), kzp.bg.
